1. General Terms & Introduction

- A recent selfie photo

Important Deposit Terms
- Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
- No additional fees are charged for deposits.

Important Withdrawal Terms

5. Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all gaming activities on Shivaji Apps. Compliance with these terms and conditions is mandatory for every member.
Sports Betting
- Bets cannot be cancelled once placed (except in certain special circumstances).
- If an event is cancelled after the match has started, the bet will be considered void.
- In live betting, odds may change and a bet may not be confirmed as a result.
- Maximum payout per bet: ৳50,00,000.
Live Casino
- In the event of a technical fault during a Live Casino game, the dealer's decision is final.
- If your connection drops mid-round, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
- Accounts found attempting to win by violating game rules will be suspended.
Slots
- Slots use RNG technology that is certified by an independent third party.
- Progressive jackpot payouts are governed by the game provider's rules.
- If a game disconnects during a bonus round, your progress will be saved automatically.
Fair Play: Any form of cheating, use of bots, or manipulation on Shivaji Apps is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.

- Suspected involvement in money laundering or any other illegal activity.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

- If a member does not agree to the updated terms, they may close their account and withdraw any remaining balance.
- Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
